Develop custom shopify theme

We need a new customized theme built for our brand, Crystal Allies. Needed: clean, optimized coding as well as optimized loading speed for our website ( website should upload under 2 seconds) C. Needed: Easy-to-manage code that our team can make adjustments too if needed. D. Needed: We currently use the following apps, but we need the functions of these apps built in to the theme: 1. Smart Menu by qikify ( Mega menu that allows for custom navigation that goes 3+ levels) 2. Smart Product Filter & Search (Allows us to create side bar search and filters when it comes to our collection pages) 3, Zero Out ( Hides products on our website that have sold out) 4. Accentuate Custom Fields (Allows us to post videos on product pages related to the specific product) example of product with video section: [login to view URL] Needed: Also as part of the new theme template creation, we are looking to build a web page within the site that gives intro information on precious stones with the following capabilities: - filter that can automatically scroll them down to the appropriate letter /stone by either using A-Z drop-down menu or word search - Modular format for us to upload the pictures of stones along with corresponding text as well as a button that will link them to article concerning that stone.
