I need a detailed ANSYS-based simulation of the entire gating system for a sand-cast component. The goal is to visualise metal flow from the pouring basin through the sprue and runner network, identify turbulence pockets, pressure drops and temperature gradients, then recommend geometry or process tweaks that will cut defects before we cut tooling. What I will provide: • Alloy and pouring data (temperature, flow rate, mould properties) What I expect back: • The ANSYS project file with all boundary conditions, material libraries and meshing set up so I can rerun it in Workbench • A concise report (screenshots, plots, short commentary) pinpointing flow problems and suggesting practical changes to improve yield and surface integrity • Any scripts or user-defined functions used in the study I am comfortable reviewing iterative results, so feel free to stage the work: first a quick baseline run, then refinements after we discuss the findings.
