1. Project Objective Establish and manage a synchronized distribution network for 8 niche-interest entities, targeting the US Market (specifically Los Angeles, CA). The goal is to build algorithmic authority and drive traffic to a master profile through high-frequency posting and specific engagement protocols. 2. Operational Structure Total Entities: 8 distinct niche accounts (e.g., Architecture, Tech, Gaming, Lifestyle, etc.). Platform Distribution: For each entity, content will be cross-posted to 3 platforms: TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. Location Integrity: All operations must be executed as US-based (LA-specific). The provider must ensure consistent US-IP/Location status (via dedicated residential proxies or physical US-based devices) to ensure local US-algorithm delivery. 3. Workflow & Deliverables Content Sourcing: All video assets will be provided via a pre-processed cloud library. No video editing or technical processing is required. Posting Frequency: 5 uploads per week, per entity (Cross-posted to all 3 platforms). Audio Integration: Primary: Utilize the "Use this Sound" feature from a designated master profile. Secondary: Occasionally, use a specific sound file/track assigned to a particular video asset. Engagement Protocol (Account Warming): TikTok: 30 minutes of niche-specific interaction per entity, per day (Scrolling, liking, commenting). Instagram & YouTube Shorts: 15–20 minutes of niche-specific interaction per entity, per week (To maintain account "pulse"). 4. Service Provider Profile We are seeking a Technical Operations Provider focused on: Multi-account management with strict location-spoofing integrity (US-based IP). High-volume batch uploading and consistent scheduling. Reliability in executing repetitive daily/weekly engagement tasks. 5. Reporting Weekly summary of views/follows per niche. Immediate notification of any technical or location-related flags.
