Social Media Manager

Voyage ([login to view URL]) is looking for a dynamic, high-performing social media manager to join our content team. Qualified candidates are enthusiastic, creative, highly organized, forward-thinking self-starters with experience in planning, executing, and measuring social media initiatives. Must have experience in managing, growing, and building influencer strategies around social media accounts specifically, instagram and tik-tok. Responsibilities: Create and post content across our Real Estate and Lifestyle Accounts. Strategically deploy existing photo and graphic assets, and assist with generating more in order to ensure long-lead content planning. (Prepare content calendars one month in advance). Effectively collaborate with our Creative Director to develop and deploy short-, medium-, and long-term social media marketing campaigns and initiatives Work with content and brand teams to ensure collaboration is successful and uplifting Cultivate relationships with content creators to build a pipeline of collaborative storytelling Manage multiple projects across a variety of timelines with all the details in tact Ensure copywriting, voice, and imagery adhere to brand guidelines, communicate effectively, and work toward strategic goals Use social media tools to analyze account-specific data and regularly report — to a variety of stakeholders — on wins, areas for improvement, and audience behavior on social Own strategic reflection of our global social media strategy: Collect data, reflect, plan, and recommend how to implement improvements Interact with followers, commenters, and those who engage with the brand in a timely fashion. Stay on top of social media trends, and accordingly make recommendations to creative and marketing team for new explorations and strategic adjustments Work with creative and brand teams to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media efforts Execute all efforts to a high standard that meet or exceed KPIs Qualifications: Experience in social media management for lifestyle brands — whether in-house or at an agency. We’re looking for 3-5 years of experience but are open to what this means for you Demonstrated ability to create on-brand written and visual content Experience with social media planning and analysis tools like Sprout Social Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of projects and work streams at one time Proven success in growing social media accounts OR fostering thriving digital communities Great to have: Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or in a creative field like photography, videography, or graphic design Great to have: Experience with digital collaboration tools like Slack, Dropbox, Google Docs, Figma
