Social Media Marketing for Outdoor Marketing Platform

I'm on the hunt for a social media manager for my brand! Recently I have been developing a new online concept platform and am wanting to accelerate its creation by finding an innovative, creative, engaging and driven marketing guru! Your main responsibilities will be delivering the marketing strategy, generating media content and engaging with our user base (I have attached a more comprehensive position description). The overall brand tone is relaxed, informative/educational, inspirational and thought-provoking. I don’t wish to give too many details out but our platform aspires to evolve how local outdoor brands are discovered by establishing a united collective, sharing stories, inspiration and reasons for living that rouse the adventurous spirit. We are a storytelling platform supporting emerging outdoor brands throughout my country. We are in awe of the campaigns made by homegrown, purpose-driven and conscious brands and strive to assist in any way we can. Through our platforms unique storytelling approach, we endeavour to expressively and graciously showcase the identity of brands and the devoted team behind their operations. We know that in the course of formation there are numerous challenges encountered and accomplishments achieved. Rather than keeping these memories etched in the past, we believe that illuminating them to the community will dramatically unify individuals with a brands reason for existence, empowering their attachment with the gear they use and the companies they support. Fundamentally, this platform revolves around storytelling so you must have a deep curiosity towards people and how they embarked on their journey and where they are heading towards. You will need to eloquently and respectfully illustrate their story to a purpose-driven community of outdoor enthusiasts. I'd love to hear what do you think?? :)
