This is my starting bid - I think there is lots of work to make it right. I will do it using Access with fully customized and friendly user interface while the program can work in local network. Backend database will be made in Access as well (easier to maintain, backup and install than some kind of SQL Server backend). This is generally about the project and I can send more details once when I see your Excel file. Unfortunately, I must pick a higher figure for the bid, but also I can make it right, as it should be, professional program, open to modifications with VBA/SQL code (no macro!).
