Hi, I can build you an application which serves as a SOAP client and allows you to communicate with the cloud based SOAP API. You mentioned that you want the facility to convert CSV files into XML. I can develop that but I need you to clarify a few things for me which I've listed below. 1) Will the structure of the CSV files remain the same or would they vary? 2) Do you have the WSDL file for the SOAP API or do you have the link to obtain one for that API? 3) Do you have the documentation of the SOAP API? If you provide me the WSDL file and link to the documentation of the SOAP API then I can build you a SOAP client in PHP that satisfies your requirements. In my opinion $1500 is more than what's needed for this task. I'll charge you $500 or less depending on how much work is needed to create a SOAP client for the cloud based SOAP API. Hi, We can develop an application to take and convert CSV (Comma Separated Values) data files to XML (Extensible Markup Language) and calls from SOAP cloud-native services. The output XML would be modifying indentation options, or it would be compressed by setting unformatted output option. - It would also convert custom CSV files. You would able to modify column separator, column quoting, skip lines with comments, skip empty lines and choose if CSV headers row should be used when creating the XML document. Are you open with API architectures using REST instead of SOAP for calling XML to a cloud-based system? REST would be a better approach when building cloud-native services and applications.
