Fixed Wireless Rental

PROJECT: I have a Fixed wireless network and I want to set up a rental business for seasonal access to the network. I envision that I will be contracted with local markets to rent the equipment and I will need a software solution to correlate the rental device to the customer with a password for access and the number of MAC addresses they want to allow to connect to the device. DETAILS OF PROJECT: I have a fixed wireless network and I want to be able to rent access devices on a fixed interval (Days, weeks Months) and I want the customer to be able to select how many connections they would like to pay for during this interval. (I feel MAC Addresses will work the best) They would get the device from a local store that would scan a bar code to correlate the device to their account. They would use a card to secure the deposit and the amount of the total rentals They would get a one time password to allow them to access the device and then the device would go dormant after that period and be ready for the next rental. We would like to have an inventory solution built in as well as affiliate payment for the rental location, kind of like Uhual for the fixed wireless rental business I use Ubiquiti gear. Freelancer will need to be well-versed in Radius & uCRM billing solution. (If the freelancer can offer and support a different system, we will listen.)
