We need a Podio developer for our real estate business that could do the following

1. For all apps

-Delete duplicate leads

-Ability to integrate with Mailchimp for certain lists

-Make sure all information is transferred when a button triggers a new item to be created in another app

-Track Key Performance Indicators from Marketing

-Get all tasks in an organized fashion (similar to [url removed, login to view])

-All appointments only have 1 field (not start & finish time)

-Send & Receive emails from Seller Leads, Offers, Retail Buyer, Cash Buyer, Marketing App, REaltors, Wholesalers FROM WITHIN THE APP

-Make all actions that update H&S Mutual Inventory & Project Manager SILENT

-Make all actions that update whiteboard from inventory SILENT

-Link edits from inventory to update whiteboard.

-Auto fill EVERY field in inventory when whiteboard item is made

-When an SMS is sent via comments, and it leaves the signature after the text: “-Austin, [url removed, login to view]” I’d like to change it to where it enter’s the user who did the comment’s first name.
