the need is to recognize the moving objects like cars, humans.. and track them in video recorded from a moving camera (Drone, UAV...etc) A similiar sample is [login to view URL] but actually; Our videos are mostly grey colored taken from a nightvison camera. And has to detect any moving object and track without asking for an target. We need an sdk, Dll, or source code. Because we will implement this feature in to our big whole C# project.
