Is it easy to do scheduler job in java, or in shell script. Also bulk emails can be sent easily using Java thread concept, which will run parallel. I will do this job easily.

From the description, I believe that you need some software that sends emails automatically on a daily basis. I have designed and built such a software using Java spring before. Therefore, I would be willing to happily build you such a software in a week or less depending on how quickly you need the software. If you’d like the emails to come with some styling, I can do that too.
