Project Description Hello everyone , I would like to find the right person to build software thats capable of Reading/Writing IC memory cards/chip and microprocessor chips. It will need to be compatable with any Smartcard/IC chip/EMV chip reader/writer. EG. Omnikey 3121 or any Omnikey reader/writer / msr 206 chip writer . Msr IC chip and magntic stripe reader/writer or any other similar reader card encoder reader writer model of MSR .The software is for personal use only , If i decide to offer the software for sale i would give 50% rights and royalties to the developer for life. The software would be highly valuable if sold , i could ask $5000 no problem for the right software with specific capabilitys , but i do not plan on selling anything . .I need the software to be based off of software that is existing , as far a user interface , functionality and user friendly controls go . i am willing to pay a good amount of money for the right developer to help me achieve my goal . Bonus pay upon completion can be awarded and negotiated. thanks for your consideration everyone. the image attached is just for an idea what i would like as far as interface goes , the software in the picture below is fake and intended for scamming people who belive the software is genuine and able to do what is claimed / witch is not genuine nor does the software even exist.
