Hi, I have 10 years experience in development and designed similar solution in past to install a win-forms application and create database and compile all database objects on client machine. As Microsoft has stopped MSI-based setup from Visual Studio, I can create a standalone C# win-forms application. This application will do all these steps of connecting existing database, creating a new database and creating a trigger in a wizard manner. But there will be no MSI package, only EXE will be provided that will act as a setup project.
