Hi, I read through your project description very carefully and i am confident that I can do this project for you. I am a freelance software developer with 4 years experience in programming and software development. I majorly deal with implementing algorithms, making short modules/ scripts, troubleshooting and testing. I have experience in networking applications in many languages, i've done vpn applications that read ip packet data, file transfer applications, administrative applications, used sockets to implement mutual exclusion algorithms etc. I am certain that I can do this project very well, the doc file you sent is straight forward on how the implementation should be done.
