Video Encoder Application

We like to make a streaming encoder that can send a video stream to Wowza media server in RTMP using RASPBERRY PI 1 MODEL B+. Following is a detailed list of todo : 1) A Video Streaming application that can use the external plugged camera and send the RTMP stream to our wowza media server. 2) This application should be start and send the stream on boot startup using a 3G SIM or wifi or 3G data Card or using ethernet cable connectivity (any 1 from this) 3) This application should start with the basic streaming settings (For eg 150 kbps bit rate, 320 * 240 video resolutions, 25 FPS, AAC Audio coded, default detected camera and audio etc) 4) This application must work contentiously and sending stream to server with Synchronization of video and audio. 5) In case of loss of internet connectivity this application should be smart enough to detect a reconnecting connectivity and start the process 6) This should also record a video on SD card . This should be a compressed video. For quality and performance worker can check the benchmark application ( Flash media encoder, Wowza Go coder) Before closing this project or release any fund we must need above (6) points fully working and worker must upload a source code. Also we required to train about this application and device usage.
