System Requirements • High-level recognition of the end user’s voice with less spelling errors in each report generated. • View patient and order information on screen through direct interface to the HIS. • Remotely listen to dictated reports at any time, from any standard telephone or smartphone. • Create reports and navigate through the application in a hands-free environment using voice commands. • Control and customize how report information is formatted. • Edit speech-recognized reports with voice commands. • Use speech recognition in batch or real-time mode. • Create standard/normal reports and fill-in templates quickly with voice-driven “Shortcuts”. 14 Voice Recognition System Request for Proposal • Electronically sign reports using microphone buttons. • Simplify corporate board level reporting and real time access to information. • Administrative reports to be available, such as system usability reports, end user satisfaction reports. Time required for each reports, spelling errors via using the VR etc. • It should supports HIPAA patient confidentiality guidelines. • Full Integration capabilities with other organizational systems as appropriate. • Integration with Wareed system is compulsory and vendor will be holding the responsibility of it. • Ensure operational / regulatory (including local regulation and / accreditation readiness with oversight of regulatory KPI & Dashboards across the organisation • Allow multiple users to access the program at the same time and preferably with concurrent licenses. • Describe how the system can improve the clinical documentation and define the gaps in documentation • The system should use the AI, NLP, NLU & ML technology to help the clinician to improve/ease their documentation process • The system should highlight any documentation contradictions with the selected diagnoses or treatment using AI, NLP & NLU • The system should recognize different speaking accent • All command should be by voice example ( open power chart, open order) • Hands free navigation between fields
