Build a Web Push Notification Solution

Hey there, I am looking for a developer to build a private Web Push Notification solution tailored to my needs and requirements. Something like a clone of PushEngage or PushCrew, just with features that I need and obviously self-hosted. If you have no experience with Web Push notifications I am not sure you'd be a good fit. I need this done in a timely fashion (1-2 weeks maximum). Some of my requirements: -> Super-simply interface like PushEngage or PushCrew (or any other of the hundreds of services out there...) -> All domains managed under one account (obviously) -> API that allows us to immediately redirect people upon 'optin' (allowing Push Notifications) and some other things such as checking if the person is already subscribed (upon opening a page and if he is - redirecting to a different one) -> Easy subscriber management; deleting inactive subs etc. Considering how many Web Push services there are out there, I don't think this will be a huge undertaking. I just need something similar but with a few other features. Please be specific in your application... I am not going to bother answering generic apps. Looking forward to working with you!!
