A developer for our wordpress site

We are a start up on the brink of exploding. Our site IS our business. We are the first to provide virtual services to the YMCA and one of only two companies doing it. We have gone through 3 IT companies at this point and are working with a company right now out of Vietnam. They have built a beautiful Wordpress site but their attention to detail and completing tasks on time is severely lacking. We want to eventually move off of Wordpress onto a custom site but we have not found the company yet that we know can take us to where we need to be. YMCA's are contacting us left and right and want signed up. We have to manage our growth but at the same time don't want to miss out on any opportunity. Our site is complicated. It is membership based and has to be zip code protected per Y territory and it connects to each Y's website that signs up. We cannot afford a lot right now, but moving forward we will be able to re-invest to make this the site that it needs to be. We are officially accepting revenue as of Monday April 11th and need this site to be perfect. We feel it is not where it should be. Can we schedule a phone conversation? Thank you
