I'm looking to completely revampe our real estate web site. I would like to start with an eye catching front page that would show our homes with the logo visible in a picture frame. Clicking any where on the page would take the visitor to the home page (or waiting 10-15 seconds would take them to the website). This site should have the standard real estate features of finding homes by size and price. The site should be set up in a reasonable coherent manner that would allow visitors to also visit location by major city and down to local town to subdivision. I want to be able to add not only pictures to each community, we would also have to add floorplans that may be adjustable by adding specific options...such as a second room, etc. We will also want to add video, introductory video for each community, and video for each completed home listed. These videos can be played in their entirety or by room (still pictures will also be uploaded by room. Additional features will be contact information, warranty section, customer section, request section, realtor section and land section. These are pretty standard with real estate sites.
