We are a growing software company looking to hire a dedicated Java Full Stack Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience for a long-term, full-time remote role. Contract Details Type: Long-term contract Start: Immediate Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java & Spring Boot Create and integrate RESTful APIs Develop frontend features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and a modern framework Work closely with the project manager and team Debug issues, optimize performance, and implement new features Follow coding standards and meet delivery timelines Required Experience & Skills 3–4 years of professional experience as a Java Full Stack / Backend Developer Strong knowledge of Java (Core Java, OOP, Collections) Solid experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA Experience building and consuming REST APIs Frontend experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript Experience with React / Angular / Vue (any one) Good knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL) Experience using Git for version control Ability to work full-time and communicate clearly in a remote environment
