Estou a desenvolver um edifício habitacional multifamiliar de 2 a 6 andares em CLT e preciso de apoio técnico para levar a estrutura desde o cálculo até aos desenhos de fabrico. Tarefas principais • Realizar o cálculo estrutural completo em CLT, dimensionando painéis, ligações e fundações conforme normas vigentes. • Gerar um conjunto de desenhos altamente detalhados (“shop drawings”) prontos para a produção em fábrica, identificando cada painel, furação, inserto metálico e sequência de montagem. • Produzir detalhes construtivos que cubram encontros parede-laje, ligações parede-parede, juntas de dilatação e ancoragens. Entregáveis esperados 1. Relatório de cálculo com todas as verificações (gravidade, vento, sismo, fogo). 2. Desenhos de produção em DWG/PDF, numerados e cotados para CNC. 3. Tabelas de quantidades e listas de peças (BOM) organizadas por nível. 4. Fichas técnicas individuais de painéis com peso, centro de gravidade e ferragens. Valorizo experiência prévia em software de análise e modelação de madeira engenheirada (p. ex. RFEM, SAP2000, Cadwork, Tekla Structures, Crosslam ou equivalente) e conhecimento prático de processos de fabricação em CLT. Indique no seu envio: • Portfólio de projetos em CLT ou madeira engenheirada. • Metodologia de trabalho e prazos indicativos para cada fase. • Ferramentas que pretende utilizar. O objetivo é receber um pacote técnico fechado, pronto para ser entregue à fábrica e à equipa de obra.
