Florida PE Seal Dock Plan

I already have a fully completed residential concrete-dock site plan; I simply need a Florida-licensed structural engineer to review it, add the professional signature and PE seal, and give it back to me in a PDF. No redesign or redrafting is required—the drawing set is finalized and waiting for your stamp. Turnaround is short: I need the sealed file within 2–3 days so I can submit it to the City without delaying the permit queue. Compensation is fixed at US $250, released in two steps: 25 % the moment we agree to proceed, and the remaining 75 % immediately after the City signs off on the submittal 1-2 business days. If this first collaboration goes smoothly, I will have additional dock and seawall packages and will engage you on a 50 % up-front / 50 % on-approval basis. Deliverable (single PDF): • Your digital signature and Florida PE seal applied to the existing site plan, ready for direct upload to the City’s portal.
