All architectural and structural drawings are already prepared, so you will be working from detailed plans rather than guessing the layout. What matters most to me is an accurate 3-D model that reflects the provided column grids, slab thicknesses, wall locations, and load cases. Please set up the full analysis environment—materials, section properties, lateral load combinations, and any required diaphragm assignments—so I can open the file and run checks immediately.
