Survey Programmer for Market Research

Start: Immediate / As required About the Requirement We are a growing market research firm supporting B2B, B2C, and Healthcare studies across global markets. We are looking for an experienced freelance survey programmer who has their own active access to survey programming tools and can independently handle end-to-end programming and testing. Key Responsibilities * Program online surveys based on client questionnaires and specs * Implement screeners, skip logic, display logic, piping, and randomization * Set up quotas as per target requirements * Configure and test redirects: * Complete * Screen-out * Quota-full * Conduct full QA testing before launch * Support minor edits or fixes during live fieldwork if required * Share test links, live links, and final datasets post-fieldwork Mandatory Requirement (Important) * Must have your own active access to at least one survey programming platform, such as: * Qualtrics * Decipher * Alchemer * SurveyMonkey (paid plan) * QuestionPro * LimeSurvey (self-hosted) (We will not be providing platform access at this stage.) Required Skills & Experience * Proven experience in market research survey programming * Strong understanding of MR workflows (LOI, IR, quotas, panel traffic) * Experience handling vendor/panel redirects * Ability to work independently and meet tight timelines Nice to Have * Experience with B2B or Healthcare audiences * Familiarity with panel integrations (Cint, Dynata, Lucid, etc.) * Experience working on multi-country studies Commercials * Project-based payment * Please share: * Your per-project cost (e.g., 10–15 min survey) * Platforms you actively work on * Typical turnaround time for programming + QA
