Thai On-Site IT Support Engineer -- 3

I’m looking for a Thai computer and network support engineer who can comfortably speak and understand English while working side-by-side with our staff on site. Day to day you will jump between fixing desktop and laptop hardware faults, resolving Windows or Linux software issues, and making sure our switches, routers, and cabling stay properly configured and healthy. You will be based in the office, not remote, so the role involves direct desk-side interaction and quick turnaround on any ticket that appears. Deliverables I expect • Timely hardware diagnostics and repairs • Troubleshooting and resolution of Windows and Linux user problems • Correct network configuration or re-configuration when outages or changes arise, with clear documentation of what was done If you’re confident in hands-on support, networking fundamentals, and clear English communication, let’s discuss scheduling and start dates.
