If someone only shows you Tweaks, your printouts will not change. Hey! Just to save you some time: GNOME Tweaks can adjust desktop and document font defaults, but it does NOT directly control the font used in printed output. Print font and size are normally selected inside the application you print from (for example, LibreOffice, Firefox, or a PDF viewer).
