End-to-end recruitment support is needed for several upcoming mid-level roles. The assignment covers the complete hiring funnel: drafting or refining job descriptions, posting to the right boards, actively sourcing passive and active talent, screening résumés, running first-round interviews, and coordinating final interviews with my team. I also expect concise candidate summaries, reference checks where required, and smooth hand-off to offer and onboarding. LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Workable (or a comparable ATS) and strong Boolean search skills will be essential to keep the pipeline moving quickly. Success is measured by time-to-hire, a high interview-to-offer conversion rate, and consistent candidate experience feedback. Deliverables: • A vetted shortlist (5–7 candidates) for each role • Interview notes and scorecards in the ATS • Weekly pipeline report until the position is filled • Final placement facilitation through signed offer The focus is strictly mid-level positions; volume and industry will be shared once the engagement starts.
