Looking for experienced freelance HR recruiter - Sales & Marketing domain

I need an experienced freelance HR recruiter who can jump in right away and own the full hiring cycle for our non-technical positions in Sales and Marketing. You’ll be my single point of contact from the moment a résumé hits the inbox until the candidate’s first day on the job, so reliability and quick turnarounds matter more to me than fancy presentations. What the work looks like • Screening resumes – sift quickly through incoming applications and flag only the strongest sales and marketing profiles. • Conducting initial HR interviews – gauge culture fit, salary expectations and notice periods, then pass concise notes to me. • Coordinating with line managers for final interviews – handle all scheduling, reminders and feedback follow-ups so nothing slips. • Guiding selected candidates through offer, documentation and onboarding – keep them warm and ensure Day-1 readiness. You’re free to use the tools you prefer (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri, any modern ATS). What I care about is a steady pipeline, clear communication and zero no-shows at the final round. Success for this project means: 1. Shortlisted CVs reach me within 48 hours of a role opening. 2. At least three quality candidates per position make it to final round. 3. Chosen hires sign and complete onboarding within the agreed start date.
