Recruiter Needed – Pay Per Successful Hire ($50 per candidate retained 90+ days) We are looking for a results‑driven recruiter to help us source and prescreen candidates for our Sales openings. This is a pay‑per‑result role — not hourly, not full‑time, and not project‑based. Compensation: You will receive $50 for each candidate who is hired and remains with us for 90+ days. Your responsibilities: Source and contact potential Sales candidates. Speak directly with each candidate before submitting them. Confirm genuine interest in the role. Verify availability for a 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM California (Pacific Time) schedule. Collect each candidate’s expected wage. Submit only candidates you have personally screened (no LinkedIn profiles or resumes from people you haven’t spoken to). We aim to hire 2–3 Sales rockstars. We value efficiency, clear communication, and high‑quality sourcing. If you excel at finding motivated talent and delivering results, we’d love to collaborate with you.
