THIS IS FOR US TAXES, PLS US TAX PREPARERS/CPA ONLY APPLY. I am looking for someone to help me file form 1120-s for mine and my husband's Delaware based LLC that is treated as an S Corporation. This is for our previous tax year (2019) April (company formation) - December. We have experienced significant losses with this business and were unable to pay ourselves salaries so I am almost certain our S-Corp standing will be revoked considering. I simply want to file the 1120-s form to avoid any issues with the IRS. Currently I am studying abroad and am looking for someone willing to do all communication by email. I have detailed bookkeeping records organized via QuickBooks and other necessary information already prepared.
