Structural Check for panoramic camera platform and PolePole

I have contructed installed a steel support for camera unit and need a full structural calculation package to make sure the design is safe, code-compliant, and ready for fabrication. The pole and platform is fabricated in steel and must satisfy the relevant local building codes for wind, seismic (if applicable), and serviceability limits. Please base your work on the actual camera weight, bracket eccentricity, and any accessory loads I supply, and include reasonable allowances for wind exposure at the specified height.
