HI Schreiber und Texter, wir suchen für ein deutsches Startup mit erprobtem Business Modell technische und Business Schreiber, die in der Lage sind, Business Prozesse schriftlich festzuhalten. Eigenständiges Arbeiten, Selbstsicheres Auftreten, Zuverlässigkeit und Erfahrung im Business Umfeld, aber bspw. auch im Bereich Food & Beverage oder Medical wären prima. Hier eine genauere Beschreibung mit mehr Details: We are a German Startup with proven Business Model. Our startup is specialized in writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for companies (mostly medium-sized). The company is based in Germany. We work for every industry, mainly for companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, later on we plan to expand in Europe. We provide value for our customers by documenting their company processes. These SOPs are easy to understand and visually appealing. Thus, the client’s company can execute tasks more effectively with consistent quality. In short, we enhance the manageability and scalability of the client’s company. We are based on the principles of hands-on mentality, transparency and reliability. Requirements: - You have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a business environment, but for example also in the fields of Food & Beverage or Medical / Pharma if possible - You’re able to work under pressure - You are a detail-oriented, structured, and result-oriented person - You have strong written and verbal communication skills and a self-confident appearance - You are able to conduct client interviews by yourself - Your German language skills are on native-speaker level; English fluent - No specific knowledge of certain tools is required, but technical affinity is important and a passion for transparent processes and tool-based solutions. - You should be willing to learn new tools and use them to provide deliverables to the customers Tasks: You should have a good understanding of business processes and be able to document these processes in direct exchange with the client. You are expected to work autonomously together with the client and you will report directly to the CEO about the progress of each project. Having a good understanding of the clients’ needs and requirements, as well as the willingness to learn new tools and actively use them to deliver high quality results.
