Write a Technical Highway Engineering Report

Basically, the project is to design a road between two points and talk about the geometrical design (design traffic, design speed, vertical alignment, horizontal alignment etc) and the route management, health and safety etc.(all is explained in the brief). The drawing should be done on AutoCAD Civil 3D, however, I will be able to do the drawing, so what I need is the report. I will attach a template of the report and the cw brief. I will also attach the documents that will help calculate the design parameters.
