We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual who can join our agency as a Cold Caller and Appointment Setter. As our long-term team member, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling appointments. Your tasks will include cold calling, customer acquisition, outbound sales, and telemarketing. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer service standards, providing excellent service to existing clients, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in cold calling and customer acquisition, with strong communication and negotiation skills. You should be able to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and be flexible in your approach to work. You must be comfortable working with targets and deadlines and able to manage your time effectively. Previous experience in scheduling and outbound sales will be an added advantage. If you read all start your proposal with the word "Great". You will be paid a flat rate for each meeting that shows up + a percentage of the deal value if closed.
