Inside sales customer service for France

Nutraid-Europe - Food-tech start-up – is looking for an experienced, energetic French speaker, for distribution of its online nutritional analysis & food labeling software in the France.

Work remotely from your home office.

Payment: hourly + commission

Responsibilities

• Inside sales (telephone, mail) turning leads into customers

• Customer service and support including retention

• Pro-active lead generation

Qualifications

• Proven experience in phone sales and customer service (a must)

• Conversational English and fluent in French (a must). Dutch– an advantage.

• Experienced in selling and promoting SaaS or other cloud-based solutions (an advantage)

• On-line marketing and social media – an advantage

• Both technology and service orientated

• Ability to work independently as well as a team player. Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity in the local Food & Beverage sector – an advantage
