Job Expectations: -Positive Attitude -will be responsible for cold calling to find interested homeowners who agrees to receive a cash offer for their home. -set up appointments for my team to go view the property - must follow up with leads. -Qualify potential customers for appointments using a provided script. -Self-motivated. -I will offer you everything you will need for the job. (List and numbers) if I have to manage you, this will not work. -At least 2 years of cold calling sales with good reviews. Preferably real estate sales but not required.
