Quality Lead/Quality Expert: Opening-1 Experience – 6 to 8 years Should perform a Sanity check of the abstracts received from the reviewers and approving it for deliverables Should take ownership of the deliverables and meet the Quality SLA’s Should prepare Checklists for the projects and ensure the proper usage of checklists MIS-Track the quality scores and identify the AOI’s Train the team on AOI’s identified Reviewer: Opening - 4 Experience – 3 to 5 years Perform 100% QC on the abstracts done by abstractors understanding the scope of the project Make sure the client feedbacks are imparted to the team and the deliverables Analyze the repeated errors by the team and train them accordingly Abstractor: Opening – 6 Experience – 1 to 3 years Performing Abstraction meeting the Quality SLA’s
