Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detailed-oriented Mobile Application Tester for an exciting opportunity with our cutting-edge GPS navigated app. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a love for exploring new places, and a knack for constructive feedback. You'll be responsible for testing our application's effectiveness and accuracy by exploring points of interest and providing video documentation of your experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Test our GPS navigated app at specific locations,
- Boston's Freedom Trail.
- Gettysburg, Pennsylvania
- 17 Mile Drive in Monterey.
- Record your experience while testing the app, focusing on any bugs, glitches, or inconsistencies you may encounter.
- Provide comprehensive feedback on app functionality, including any errors or issues experienced during the test.
- Visit the exact locations mentioned in the app to verify the accuracy of location-triggered actions.
Qualifications:
- Residing in or near Boston, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, or Monterey.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies or bugs within the app.
- Proficient with smartphone operation and comfortable using and testing mobile applications.
- Good communication skills to provide clear and concise feedback.
- Experience with video recording.
- Ability to follow directions and complete tasks as outlined.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate testing durations.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for driving tours.
Compensation:
- Reimbursement for gas expenses during driving tours.
Please note: Candidates will not be compensated for travel or accommodation. This role is ideally suited for applicants residing in or near the testing locations.
