Cinema 4D - 3D Animation: Modify MOCAP, Animate Clothing -- 2

I have a mocap animation of a man flying backwards and hitting a wall. Currently, he hands seem to land on a step, but I need them to land on the floor. Ideally, you could set up an IK chain on the arm and a mocap(FK)<->IK mixer to avoid any arm jitter and having to fight the FK.

Additionally, he is wearing a gown that would need to be animated, ideally using the cloth engine inside of Cinema 4D, but I'm open to other ideas.

I know that this is a fairly specific job and if any of the above does not make sense, please do not apply.
