Prototyp Erklärvideo für Nachrichten

Ich bin Student an einer Journalismus-Hochschule und möchte in einem Projekt gerne ein Erklärformat für den Kontext von Nachrichten an den Start bringen. Das Ganze soll eine Marke werden, in der kleine 2:30-Videos ein Thema grundsätzlich erläutern und eben den Leuten helfen, denen die täglichen Nachrichten zu kompliziert sind - denen es aber gleichzeitig ein wenig peinlich ist, gegenüber ihren Freunden zuzugeben, dass sie nicht so richtig Bescheid wissen. Beim Thema Nordkorea würde beispielsweise einfach erklärt, warum es überhaupt zwei Koreas gibt, wer Kim-Jong Il ist und warum er Streit mit anderen Ländern hat, wie das Alltagsleben der Nordkoreaner ausschaut und wie sich die Situation im Land vermutlich in Zukunft entwickeln wird.

Ich suche jemanden, der eine gegebene Figur (die Idee ist, einen wiederkehrenden Schwarz-Weiß-Comic-Charakter zu haben, der die Storys erklärt, einen Entwurf dafür gibt's schon) und wechselnde Szenerien animieren kann und allerbestenfalls noch Lust auf eine solche Animationsarbeit im journalistischen Umfeld hat. Im ersten Schritt suche ich vor allem jemanden, der mir einen bezahlten Prototyp zum Nordkorea-Thema bastelt, ein Skript dazu gibt es schon. Ich würde gerne wissen, was mit einem Arbeitsaufwand von ca. 10 Stunden möglich wäre. Dass dabei sicher keine Pixar-Style-Ergebnisse herauskommen ist mir natürlich klar, aber mir ist es wichtiger, zu erfahren, was generell in einem schlanken Produktionsprozess möglich wäre.

Help needed for achdarumgehts.de - News-Explainer Format

My name is Christian Fahrenbach, I'm a freelance journalist from Germany, a student at CUNY in New York and the founder of achdarumgehts.de (which is German for "Oh, that's what it's all about"). It's a video website that aims at explaining the context of news with little animated videos, about 2 minutes each. I think there's a gap in the market for that, because after a few days of breaking news, journalists don't explain the basics anymore and people get to embarrassed to admit to their peers that they don't have a clue.

The way I'm imagining it to be right now, is that an already existing character does the talking in the videos and that there'll be elements in the background, doing very basic movements (for example: popping up, moving from the right to the left etc.). Contentwise, I want the videos to be very basic, i. e. for my North Korea prototype, the character would explain why there are two Koreas at all, who Kim-Yong Il is, why he has problems with other countries and how the situation of average North Koreans is like.

Right now, I'm desperately looking for help with the animation. I'm quite good with the writing and good enough with the voice-over in German, but I suck at animation. In a first assignment, I'd just like to have somebody who could animate my (paid) prototype about North Korea.

Because the question came up:
The animation needed would be 2D in a mostly black/white/grey/red-colour scheme and I'd certainly be interested in a long-term business-relationship, so that animation would become easier over time.
