Create 3D Animation for 40 short videos -- 2

We are looking for 240 animation videos in total. But we need to find the right animation freelancer who can produce 3D animation, and this will be in batch of 40 videos at a time. Therefore please quote for 40 videos only at first. The 3D animation will be for children aged between 2 to 6 years old and these will mainly be nursery rhyme videos. Below is a detailed summary of our project - We are looking for nursery rhyme videos in 3D. See examples below: Example 1 - [login to view URL] Example 2 - [login to view URL] Example 3 - [login to view URL] The quality output should be similar or even better from the above examples. - We are looking for 40 x 3D animation in such high quality output in 1080p. - The freelancer should develop 40 videos. Each animation would last for at least 2 mins in length. Some will be 1:40mins and some 2:10, but overall the average for all will come to 2min for each video. - Audio will be provided by us to the freelancer in MP3 format. - The freelancer should use the audio and produce character and motion according to the song lyrics. But during the character production they need to send us the character designs for approval before the initial video production work can start. - In addition, the freelancer also needs to provide us with storyboard and outline to us how they will create each video before they start the animation. This is so we can work together to ensure the background and overall video is as expected. This stage will be done after the characters have been approved. - There will be approx 20-25 characters in total which will be used again throughout the 40 videos as well as throughout the remaining 240 videos. We will choose the freelancer for the 240 video project if they have successfully completed the 40 videos. Milestones will be created accordingly as well for this project. As this is a long term project we wish to work with a reliable freelancer over the years. - The freelancer should also render the animation in 1080p output and this should be included within the cost price. - For full 40 videos that we require please refer to the attached document which outlined the lyrics and provides an example to help the freelancer with their storyboard and creating the 40 animation videos. - The animation story cannot be directly copied from the example links provided in the document file and we are looking for freelancer's creativity and skills to create a new storyboard and environment to reflect the lyrics. The example links provided are for guidance only and the example provided are already copyright protected. Therefore please avoid using the same example video. These should only help you to form an idea of what we require in terms of quality output and story. The timescale for 40 videos is 6 - 8 months.
