Create an Animation - nursery rhymes

I need a very creative person/team who can deliver 2D/3D animation - need to create nursery rhymes for kids with a lot of creativity to make it unique and add a character to each video as suggested. Need the animation matched with peppy unique music/songs/voice over. The person should work like a partner & look up for similar videos online & make our work unique/similar/better. We are just starting up so our budget is not kept high however if we get the right person who can deliver what we require we are ready to give work of 10+ videos already and much more. We can re-negotiate the rates for the videos later. But to begin with we only can offer upto $80 for each video - upto first 5 videos. We request samples to gain confidence & learn the capabilities of the person. The work we want will be similar to videos on these channels (2D & 3D mix) - Chuchu Tv, Little Baby Bum, Dave & Ava, LooLoo Kids, CVS 3D Rhymes, Farmees, Infobells etc. We are open to 2D/3D - but very good quality like these.
