Hi, We usually take pictures for reference and sculpt them in Zbrush for a high realistic poly model and make the model topology in Maya for rigging and animation. Hi I am a experienced 3D modeler that often makes toon characters. It will take me 3-4 days to make the model and rig it. The model will have good topology and will be hand modeled for perfect animation. I can make the rig as complex or simple as you need and will adjust it to match what you want to do. You will get 1 mesh. Basic textures: Diffuse, Specular, Gloss and Normal map. Or Albedo, Metal, Gloss and Normal map. A rig to match what you need. My software will be Blender, that is why I can over such a low price and it means you won't have to buy expensive software to use the model. If you don't need the model riged I can lower the price.
