lets be very practical, so you need multiple 3d views of reception, work area, pantry, waiting, etc etc, so at least 10-12 renders images??? also i have to model the whole thing. 30$ is impossible, i dont know if you have done this type of work before or not but you are not understanding this clearly, I am sure you will find dozens of other artists bidding 20-40$ but believe me they dont know shit what they are doing otherwise they wouldnt bid,and in the end you will have all the hassles, loose money and the artist wount be able to give any shit,believe me i have been a interior designer and a CG artist for 8 years and i know very well. go through my portfolio and ask me more if you want to see more but good work costs money and time, there is no way this will be done in 2-3 days like others have bid like i said you will get shity work,
