Hi there,
This is Bogdan from Romania.
I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too).
I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc.
I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch.
1 - it will be a tremendeous work to edit the stl file and apply the required textures...
2 - the model should be re-designed from scratch, and based on the pics you have to apply in a fully editable environment/program the patterns, textures, etc, in such way the exported stl to preserve these features
3 - in none of the files attached is shown the dimensions, so will need to know this - it maybe possible to be necessary to have the mace split in two/three parts for 3d printing
4 - depending the quality of the pics you have, the patterns/textures, embossed parts could be easier or harder to replicate, and for sure will be possible only about 90-95% accuracy
for all the details we could discuss here...
Regards
Bogdan
