Hello, I'm using Fusion 360 for 3D modeling which has a nice sheet metal workspace where all of those profiles can be made really quickly. Fusion even has an ability to import files with the ai extension so I can directly use your profiles and extrude them to sheet metal parts, and add hole patterns on them if needed. I can deliver this to you probably today, but worst case scenario tomorrow. P.S. the 3d model can be done in any required format like step, stl, iges,...
