SKETCHUP ONLY - TO BE SELECTED PLEASE PROVIDE ONE SKP EXAMPLE OF SIMILAR WORK (see below) From the different 2d files (skp + pdf + scan + pictures) do a 3d sketchup 2017 model of a two storey house. Generate the 3d model of the 120sqm house: - house - internal wood structure - stair - bench - interior when available - external surrounding buildings - elevation (has to be materialized by physical arrow to show the level) ... all elements which are visible through the documents provided. The 3d model has to be geolocalized. Sketchup state of the art modelization is a must: scenes, groups, layers, texture when possible. I am looking for technical modelisation (which will helps me to transform the building) rather than fancy visual artwork. Please send links or file of similar project you did (Sketchup 2017 version only) as example - the example has to contains groups, scenes and layers. If not you will not be qualified. Dwg & pdf [login to view URL] External pictures [login to view URL] Scenes: Name/description * WSO / Wood structure only any orientation * SF / View of south facade * EF / View of east facade * Gnd: interior of ground floor * First: interior of ground floor * Top: top view of building * Kitchen ground floor ... and any scene needed to clearly work on the model Notation rule, even if the house is oriented South East we use this notation S: South = for the sea side face, N for the opposite ... etc... Measurement difference Some of the measurement may not be correct between the different files, always use the more precise one first (dwg -> pdf -> image) If you have any doubt ask me, I will let you know what are the measurement to use and solve the issue. Modeling phase check During the modeling phase you will have to show me the progress to ensure your sketchup level. If during this phase there are already noticeable mistake, I can cancel the project. On the contrary, I will pay a bonus of 50% if there was no unnecessary obvious correction when the final project is delivered. Be sure to start your message by " Hi!
