Produce a basic 3D Revit file and lay out plans/RCPs/Interior Elevations/Schedules on Sheets w/ tags, some notes, etc.

I'm a designer and I need you to build a 3D revit model and lay out a basic drawing set on sheets based on info I provide you and get it pretty far along so I can easily get into the file myself and make adjustments. So...I can give you a Revit file for the 3-story house. It consists of imported 2D CAD floor plans at each level marker and 2D detail-line markups and some notes to incorporate into the 3D model I also have a PDF markup from a construction set with additional modifications. The PDF takes precedence over what is already in the revit file except for furniture and built-ins. I need you to take the Revit file, PDF markup and photos of the existing house and create a 3D revit file with sheets laying out floor plans (scale: 1/4"), RCP's (scale: 1/4"), Power/Date Plan (scale 1/4") enlarged room plans of all rooms (1/2") with all interior elevations (1/2") laid out on 24x36” sheets. All interior elevations, floor plans and RCP’s should have material call-outs, tags, room labels, some notes, etc. I need schedules for Recessed Light fixtures (just throw in some 2" recessed in all of the ceilings with what you think looks good), Plumbing Fixture Schedule (I can send you specs), Door Schedule, Door Hardware Schedule (I can send you specs), Finish Schedule (in the PDF markup), Furniture Schedule, Equipment Schedule (I can send you specs). All the schedules should have typical information that would pertain to its respective type...for example the Equipment Schedule should have "Mark (EQ-1), Description (Refrigerator), Manufacturer (Sub-Zero), Model Number (BI-36S/O), Notes (Panel-Ready, I.D. to order). All doors should be frameless, cabinets should be just flat minimalist flat panels with fingerless pulls (you are free to use the existing families that are loaded into the project)....the style is "minimalism". If there is any information missing just fill it in with generic information or “TBD” or something, but make sure everything is represented… like if we don’t have the spec for a light fixture just tag it something like “LT-1” and leave the rest of the schedule blank for now or say “TBD”. The important part is everything is represented. We will figure out details later (and I will pay more later). I just need a basic revit file/drawing set created right now. I think only a couple days of work. I need to work with somebody who has excellent english, is a quick worker, and has experience and interest in design and architecture and is great at Revit and can solve problems. I really want to establish like a long term working relationship here -- there’s a lot more work that needs to be done, and there are a lot more projects coming down the pipeline Attached is the PDF markup with most of the information. I will send along the Revit model that I have once I have selected somebody to do the project.
