I’m looking to commission a set of classic, enduring pieces crafted primarily in silk. While I’m open to seeing concepts that range from casual to formal—even sporty silhouettes if inspiration strikes—the guiding principle must remain a refined, classic look that won’t date quickly. Here’s what I’ll need from you: • Initial mood board that shows the overall story and colour direction • Hand-drawn or digital sketches for each proposed outfit (front and back) • Detailed technical flats with measurements and fabric call-outs so a pattern-maker can work directly from them • Fabric recommendations and sourcing notes specific to silk weights, blends or finishes suited to the design • A brief write-up on styling options to demonstrate versatility across different settings I prefer designers who are comfortable working in Illustrator or a similar CAD tool so we can keep iterations quick, but if you work by hand and can still provide clean, production-ready flats, that’s fine too.
