This role gives you the opportunity to:

Deliver bespoke learning intervention for our clients in the Banking and Financial services sector

Apply your knowledge of the sector to bring value to the client

The expectation from you in the role will be to:

Understand and deliver interventions as per the Chrysalis HRD design and facilitation guidelines

Understand and conform to Chrysalis HRD facilitation standards

Be committed in helping participants improve their skills to achieve the desired business impact

Travel PAN India to deliver the Intervention

Experience:

5 to 8 years of experience in delivering behavior based learning interventions to middle and senior level participants in corporates

5 to 7 years full-time experience in a BFSI company

Education

Post graduation in any discipline
